Train to Gain is the single point of access for an organisation to get training advice and support. The Learning and Skills Council’s Train to Gain service provides impartial, independent advice on training to organisations across England. It can help you to improve your productivity by ensuring that employees have the right skills to do the best job.

Train to Gain gives you access to a Skills Broker, as with the Skills Pledge, who will carry out a needs analysis of training within your organisation and help you assess what skills your organisation has now and what you will need in the future.

The government is making Train to Gain a priority and is providing funding through this programme to help organisations deliver the Skills Pledge. Train to Gain funding is available for training employees up to NVQ level 2, or possibly level 3.
