The Local Government Talent Pool (LGTP) is an easy-to-use, searchable database of potential job applicants, many of whom have undergone assessment as part of the national graduate development programme (ngdp) recruitment process. Once registered with the pool, you will be able to search the database and target graduates with specific skills, experiences and interests, and invite them to apply for relevant job vacancies in your authority.
